Robert Coyne, our Senior Appraiser has nearly 20 years of Real Estate experience with over 2,800 appraisals to his credit and is considered one of the top appraisers in Colorado. He’s also an investor, licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, and consultant to appraiser peers in his local area.

Robert Coyne has been associated with Real Estate since his first licensing in 1994. Robert has many facets of interest within Real Estate and they have allowed him to work within residential resale, mortgage lending, and appraising. His current licenses include Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Colorado. Robert’s formal education includes BS and MA degrees, both with an emphasis in business. Robert has been located in Colorado Springs for over 40 years. His appraisal company provides services for individuals, estates, local Banks, national Lenders, national Banks, wholesale Mortgage Lenders, Credit Unions, CPA’s, and Attorney’s.
